Log into your MedLab account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a unique Return Authorization Number.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn garments with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Affix the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives your return, our quality control team will inspect the items and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
